7.1 The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.00. Withdrawal requests are processed to the payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability. Where the original deposit method cannot receive withdrawals, auronplay will process to a verified alternative.
7.2 GCash withdrawals are processed within approximately 5–10 minutes for standard amounts under ₱50,000.00. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are processed within 1–24 hours. Processing times represent auronplay's internal processing commitment and do not include receiving bank or e-wallet clearing times, which are outside auronplay's control.
7.3 Withdrawal requests are subject to the completion of KYC verification as outlined in Section 5. auronplay will not process withdrawal requests where KYC verification is outstanding.
