11.1 auronplay is an adult gambling platform strictly restricted to individuals aged 21 years and above, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine law. auronplay does not knowingly collect, process, or retain personal information from individuals under the age of 21.
11.2 Age verification through KYC is a mandatory requirement for all withdrawal-eligible accounts. 13.1 The auronplay Platform does not contain links to third-party websites for advertising or referral purposes. Where third-party game content is delivered within the Platform (e.g., embedded game iframes from licensed providers), that content is delivered under auronplay's existing contractual data processing arrangements with the relevant game provider.
13.2 auronplay is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party organizations, including game studios, payment processors, or regulatory bodies, beyond what is governed by auronplay's contractual data processing agreements with those parties.
